At CustomKart, we understand that customized products may require customers to provide personal and private information such as photographs, names, messages, designs, and other customization details.
We take customer privacy seriously and have designed our customization process to minimize the storage of customer-provided private data.
Your Private Data Is Not Permanently Stored
When you provide a photograph or other private content for customization, our team uses the information only for the purpose of preparing your customized product.
Customer-provided photos and private customization files are not intentionally saved as permanent files in our production system.
Where technically possible, our team directly uses the provided content for the customization process instead of downloading and permanently storing it on our systems.
Customer Photos
If you provide a personal photograph for a customized product, the photograph is used only to create the product you ordered.
The image may temporarily appear in our production environment while the customization is being prepared.
Once the customization and production process is completed, the temporary production copy is automatically deleted according to our system/process, and it is not retained as a permanent customer file.
No Permanent Photo Storage
We do not maintain a permanent customer photo library for customized orders.
Customer photographs provided for an order are not intended to be:
Permanently stored
Collected into a customer database
Reused for another customer’s order
Sold to third parties
Used for unrelated purposes
Other Customization Data
The same privacy-focused approach applies to other customer-provided customization content, including where applicable:
Names
Personal messages
Personal photographs
Artwork
Designs
Logos
Other private customization information
Such information is used for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order.
Limited Production Access
Customer-provided customization information is accessed only when required for order processing and production.
Our production team uses the information necessary to create the customer’s customized product and does not need to retain the customer’s private files after the production requirement has been completed.
Automatic Deletion After Production
Temporary customer-provided files used during customization are removed after the production process is completed according to our production system and workflow.
This means that a customer’s personal photograph is not intended to remain permanently available in our production environment after the order has been completed.
We Do Not Use Customer Photos for Marketing
Customer-provided personal photographs are not intended to be used for:
Social media posts
Advertisements
Website product images
Marketing campaigns
Promotional material
unless the customer has separately provided permission for such use.
Customer Responsibility
Customers should only provide photographs, designs, logos, or other content that they have the right or permission to use.
By providing content to CustomKart, you authorize us to use that content only as reasonably necessary to manufacture and customize the product you have ordered.
Third-Party Services
In some circumstances, order processing, communication, payment, website hosting, or delivery may involve third-party services.
Where customer information is required for these services, only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be provided or shared.

We believe that when a customer gives us a personal photograph for customization, it should be treated as private customer content — not as a file for us to keep.
Our goal is to use your information to make your product, complete the order, and then remove temporary production copies when they are no longer required.
