Order Cancellation Policy

At CustomKart, most products are customized and made specifically according to the customer’s requirements. Because production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation rules depend on the stage of the order.

Cancellation Before Production

You may request cancellation of your order before production has started.

If your cancellation request is received before production begins, we will review the order status and, where applicable, process the cancellation according to the payment and order circumstances.

For the fastest response, contact us as soon as you decide to cancel your order.

Cancellation After Production Starts

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

This is because customized products are made specifically for the individual customer and may include names, photos, text, designs, sizes, or other personalized requirements that cannot normally be resold to another customer.

If production has already started, any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

Hand to Hand / Same-Day Orders

For products that are available for Hand to Hand / Same Day preparation, cancellation must be requested before the product enters production.

Once the product has been made or customized, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Cancellation terms for bulk and wholesale orders may differ because production may involve larger quantities and specially arranged materials.

For bulk or wholesale orders, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible and will be reviewed according to the production stage of the order.

Customer-Provided Information

Before production begins, customers should carefully check and confirm:

  • Names and spellings
  • Photos
  • Text and messages
  • Designs and artwork
  • Sizes
  • Quantities
  • Other customization details

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds After Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will depend on the order status, payment method, production stage, and costs already incurred.

If production, customization, material preparation, or other order-related work has already been completed, the amount refundable may be reduced accordingly or a refund may not be available.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact CustomKart as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for cancellation

Important Note

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. The cancellation is only considered confirmed after it has been reviewed and accepted by CustomKart.
