We follow the customization details confirmed by the customer.

Names, spellings, messages, photos, designs, logos, sizes, and other requirements are reviewed as part of the order process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide or approve is correct before production begins.

3. Quality-Focused Production

Once the main production process is complete, products are checked for their overall appearance and finishing.

Where applicable, our team checks for issues such as:

• Uneven finishing
• Visible production defects
• Incorrect customization
• Loose or improperly fitted components
• Packaging-related concerns

5. Quality Checking Before Dispatch

Before an order is packed and dispatched, we aim to verify that the finished product matches the confirmed order requirements.

This helps us identify and resolve genuine production or customization issues before the order leaves our facility.

6. Product Photography

We aim to use genuine product photography and accurate product information so customers can make informed decisions.

Minor differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, materials, and the nature of customized production.

7. Making Time Transparency

Every product has its own production requirements.

Some products may be available Hand to Hand / Same Day, while others may require 2 working days, 4 working days, or another specified production period.

The applicable making time is mentioned on the individual product description.

8. Packaging Standards

We take reasonable care when packaging products for delivery or collection.

Packaging methods may vary according to the product’s size, shape, material, and fragility.

Our aim is to prepare every order securely and appropriately for transportation.

9. Wholesale & Reseller Standards

We maintain the same focus on production quality for wholesale and reseller orders.
